Intake and Digitization
Plaintiff profile forms, fact sheets, questionnaires, and supporting documents are uploaded individually or in bulk and processed with machine-learning document extraction. Forms need not be uniform; differing versions, inconsistent formatting, and handwritten submissions are digitized into consistent fields and attached to each claimant’s profile alongside the source documents.
Triage and Pooling
Claimants are tagged, filtered, and placed into pools defined by your team, either with AI or during your team’s own review. Bulk editing reassigns entire groups at once, each claimant’s status is tracked throughout, and quick filters and saved views are built around the criteria your team actually uses.
Search, Notes, and Analytics
Universal search runs across every document and claimant in the database. Notes can be attached to claimants and documents for attorney review, and high-level analytics summarize the data points captured across the claimant population.
Sharing and Access
Multi-level user management allows the database to be shared with co-counsel, insurance carriers, and the clients they represent, with access levels set for each user. There are no per-user fees.
Integration
Each database can operate on its own or connect to your firm’s case management system. It can also connect to Smith & Carson’s investigative platform, so findings on claimants who warrant further investigation can be viewed directly in the database.
