Bill is Smith & Carson's CIO and Controller. He has been with Smith & Carson since December of 2001. Bill manages all aspects of technology used at Smith & Carson. He developed and maintains the in-house proprietary applications used at the company for billing, case management, and client web portal access. He is also the controller for the company and manages accounting functions and relationships with banks.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and a Masters of Business Administration from Phillips University. He is a Certified Internal Auditor. He has acted as Treasurer of his homeowner's association and Finance Chairman for his church. Bill also coaches a high school lacrosse team in the spring. In his past life, Bill was an Air Force fighter and instructor pilot.
