Atlanta, GA 30350 Shannon is Smith & Carson's Chief Operating Officer. He joined Smith & Carson as an investigator in 1997. Since that time, he has served as a regional manager, Director of Quality Assurance and National Case Manager. For several years, he managed the overall investigations on a project involving hundreds of plaintiffs. Shannon has worked in a corporate operations role since 2005.
Shannon was previously employed as a Budget Analyst for the Department of the Navy. He earned a degree in Finance from the University of South Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. |
