Jim is an Executive Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Director of Smith & Carson. He has been with Smith & Carson since 1990. Jim's responsibilities include administrative and operational duties, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for Smith & Carson.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina College. He is a member of the Atlanta Claims Association.
