Mary is responsible for Smith & Carson’s Government Services Division, to include the execution of new business development initiatives, identification of opportunities and emerging trends, consultative needs assessment, providing solutions, capturing new business and overall expansion of the government services portfolio. She is responsible for developing and maintaining government relationships and exceeding customer expectations, opportunity analysis and qualification, pricing, contract negotiation and administration. In addition, she is responsible for contract compliance with federal acquisition rules and regulations and Smith & Carson corporate policies and procedures, as well as the development of strategic alliances and subcontracting agreements. She serves as a subject matter expert in contracting with federal, state and local government agencies.

Mary has a 20+ year record of achievement driving multi-million dollar revenue growth and profitability in highly competitive markets, specializing in the security and investigations industry. She has a long history of securing key clients, national accounts, government contracts and highly desired business partners by providing customized solutions in support of corporate and national security.
